Wednesday Evening Training Series Schedule

All training events are on Wednesdays and at various locations in the CNYO region. Meets start promptly at 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted. Please arrive early to sign in and mark your map. Cost is $2/map, unless posted otherwise.

Below is a chart of all the Wednesdays in April, May, June and July. There are lots of slots available. If you'd like to be a meet director, pick a day and a location (or ask and I'll suggest one) and let me (Eric Smith) know. Also, I will gladly accept advance commitments for later in the summer. Don't forget that being meet director for one of these training mini-events gets you in free for one other one during the course of the season!

  Meet at Star Stanton/Canaan Roads junction (from Irish Settlement Rd, take Hammond Hill Rd, left at first intersection (a Y) onto Star Stanton, over the hill & down to road junction).

• May 28, Wednesday, 2003 Yellow Barn State Forest, Dryden, NY
  Gather at Dusenberry Sportsmen's Club near south end of Yellow Barn Rd: From Rt 13, follow Yellow Barn Rd up, over and down the ridge. Dusenberry's is on the right, where the valley widens. Look for cars and people.

• June 4, Wednesday, 2003 Shindagin Hollow State Forest, Slaterville Springs, NY.
  Gather where the Finger Lakes Trail crosses Braley Hill Rd. Directions: Take NY79 east of Ithaca to just beyond Caroline Elementary School, a bit before Slaterville Springs. Right (S) on Boiceville Rd a short distance to Central Chapel Rd. Left (S) (you come in at a bend on the road) for a couple of miles until it comes to a Y with Shindagin Hollow Rd on left and Braley Hill Rd on right. Follow Braley Hill Rd until the crossing of the Finger Lakes Trail.
