1998 Wednesday Evening Training Series

This year the weekday training meets are all on Wednesdays. The general location rotates between the Ithaca and Syracuse areas to give everyone a chance to play without burning out our supply of meet directors.

If you are in the Ithaca or Syracuse area, please consider volunteering to set a training course on a Wednesday or two this year. The informal atmosphere on Wednesdays makes it a great opportunity to try course setting for the first time.

I would be delighted to have volunteers for any of the unclaimed dates--we can be flexible with locations or dates, so if you want to do one of these locales on a different date, or some other map altogether, just let me know. Also, I will gladly accept advance commitments for later in the summer! Don't forget that being meet director for one of these training mini-events gets you in free for one other one during the course of the season!

All training events start promptly at 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted. Please arrive early to sign in and mark your map. Costs (and frills) will be kept to a minimum.
